Ali Khan and their expertise in building many various projects and hotels from the ground up. The company's knowledge in the hospitality industry has allowed it to develop procedures for budgeting new construction and overseeing projects until the opening date.

Mr. Richard Gilbert has served as President and Managing Director for various companies. Mr. Gilbert's experiences range from involvement in Hotel and Motel renovations and development, Subdivision and Residential development. Also, the owner of GP Realty Building Company, a Construction Company and Commercial Brokerage Company that specialize in site locating and land acquisition for Hotel Development Projects. Mr. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Real Estate from Western Kentucky University.

Mr. Y. Ali Khan is a veteran in the Hospitality industry for almost 30 years. He has held several executive positions from Director of Operations, Hotel division to Executive Vice-President and Managing Partner of a regional Hospitality Management and Ownership Company in Texas, which operated mid to upper mid-scale hotel properties. Mr. Khan is very experienced in Acquisitions and Mergers, Construction, Rehabilitation, Development, and Branding of a variety of Hotel Franchises over the years. He is an extremely savvy multi-unit Hotel Administrator with numerous Hotel Franchise Management Certifications. Currently, he also owns and operates Eastwest Construction Services, a Commercial and Residential Roofing, and Construction Company.

Mr. Khan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Management and an MBA Degree in Finance and Statistics both from Illinois.
